At Yamamoto Tech Co., Ltd.'s online metal materials sales, "Metal Super Dot Com," we offer the 'SNB-7 Polished Round Bar (H).' This product has an outer diameter tolerance of h9 and is available for cutting sales starting from φ14. (Note that for φ13 and below, it may come with leftover material.) Small diameter round bars (up to φ13) are cut using a ponse method, while cutting from φ14 is done with a circular saw. Cutting with a lathe provides the cleanest cut surface, but it increases costs.
