Continuous heating and cooling measurements can be performed in the range of 45℃ to 120℃.
SETARAM has combined its unique Calvet method with semiconductor sensors to achieve highly sensitive DSC measurements with excellent operability. The main reason why Micro-DSC can be used for a wide range of applications is that, despite being ultra-sensitive, the sample container can be removed separately from the detection area. The Micro-DSC is equipped with 3D Calvet sensor technology and is designed for research on crude oil, emulsions, biopolymers, carbohydrates, biological samples, hydrates, PCM, and more.

[Features] - The sample container is removable and detachable, making it easy to clean after measurements. - Even if the sample solidifies inside the container, it can be removed without damaging the sensor. - The sample container, which can withstand pressures of 2 MPa, allows measurements of low boiling point samples up to 120°C. - With a dedicated optional container, it is possible to measure reactions between two samples in solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, and gas-liquid phases.
