The near-infrared heater, line-focused type HYL series (water-cooled), utilizes near-infrared radiation emitted from a special high-efficiency halogen lamp to provide a line-shaped heat source. The reflector is coated with a special gold plating, ensuring high thermal efficiency and a compact design. By using halogen lamps as the heat source, it is capable of heating up to 1200°C with a focus of approximately 2mm to 3mm. Since it utilizes the radiant heat emitted from the halogen lamp, it allows for non-contact and clean heating, making it suitable for heating in a vacuum or inert gas environment, as well as heating through glass.
