To achieve higher precision, robustness, and durability, we have developed the "XtrAlign" series. The product lineup includes point lasers, line lasers, and cross lasers! Precision: The straightness of the laser in all products is ±0.05mm/m. Manual focus adjustment is possible, allowing for customizable line width when changing the installation position. Robustness: It features IP67 dust and water resistance. The housing is made of stainless steel. In impact resistance tests, it has passed the IEC62262 impact test, meeting the highest protection rating of IK10. Operating Power Supply: Compatible with DC12~30V, it can be powered from a distribution board. There is also a DC/AC power adapter available for powering from an outlet. Durability: Using diode lasers, it achieves a long lifespan of over 30,000 hours. It can be used in various industries such as tire manufacturing, woodworking, stone processing, and steelmaking. - In the tire manufacturing industry, it can be used for positioning rubber sheets on molding drums. - In the woodworking industry, it is used to precisely display the positions of different saw blade edges, enabling clean cuts.
