This is an idler that corrects the wandering of the return side belt using belt tension and frictional force. Since the roller contacts the back surface of the belt, there is no adhesion of transported items to the roller.

It can also be used for conveyors with forward and reverse operation. To secure the belt, we recommend installing reinforced return idlers at both ends of this product. While the lateral correction force is greater than that of the VRP type, please note that it is not suitable for areas with narrow idler pitch or for high-rigidity belts such as steel belts.
