Return idler that corrects belt wandering and misalignment using belt tension and friction.
Similar to the ARP-2 type, this idler corrects the wandering of the return side belt by utilizing belt tension and friction. Since the roller contacts the back surface of the belt, there is no adhesion of transported items to the roller. Additionally, it can also be used for conveyors with both forward and reverse operation.

Compared to the ARP-2 type with two rollers, this product features a three-tank offset design with an additional guide roller positioned at a distance. This allows for more accurate control of the belt edges, even with belts of lower rigidity, without bending and contacting the frame.
