**Qualifications of Testing Organizations within China** ■ The testing organization for new chemical substances must accept inspections from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and must pass the inspection, as well as meet the following requirements: - In terms of ecological toxicology, it must be a testing organization published by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. ■ In terms of physicochemical properties, until the Ministry of Ecology and Environment publishes a list, it must be a testing organization that possesses one of the following qualifications: - Accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). - National-level metrology certification. - Review by the Ministry of Agriculture's Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for pesticide testing laboratories. ■ In terms of toxicology, until the Ministry of Ecology and Environment publishes a list, it must be a testing organization that possesses one of the following qualifications: - Certification management under the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for non-clinical research of drugs by the National Medical Products Administration. - Conditions and operational regulations of the chemical toxicity testing laboratory by the Ministry of Health. - Evaluation of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards approved by the China National Certification and Accreditation Administration. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
