The UCC5320 is a high CMTI, configurable single-channel isolated IGBT gate driver.
The UCC5320 is supplied in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package. This package has a creepage distance and clearance of 4mm, supports an isolation voltage of up to 3kVRMS, and is suitable for applications requiring basic insulation. With various options and a wide power range, the UCC5320 is suitable for motor drives and industrial power supplies. The UCC5320S features a split output that can be used to control the rise and fall times of the driver. The UCC5320M option connects the transistor gate to an internal clamp, preventing accidental power-on due to mirror current. The UCC5320E option includes UVLO2 referenced to GND2, making it easier to create bipolar power supplies. 【Features】 ■ Peak current: up to 4.3A ■ Input voltage range: 3 to 15V ■ Output driver supply voltage range: 13.2 to 33V ■ Supports isolation voltage of up to 3kVRMS ■ CMOS input *For more details, please contact us.
