The "CA0013BM" is a BUS driver/receiver IC for cars. It is designed to connect the operation panel and components for data communication, and the logic input supports both 3.3V and 5V microcontroller outputs. The output is in open collector format, and by connecting a pull-up resistor, it can accommodate inputs from 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers.
