700V, ultra-low quiescent current offline switcher 'UCC28881'
The UCC28881 integrates a controller and a 14Ω, 700 V power MOSFET into a single monolithic device. This device also features a built-in high-voltage current source, enabling direct startup and operation from the rectified main power supply voltage. This product belongs to the same family of devices as the UCC28880 and offers higher current handling capability. The UCC28881 has low power consumption, resulting in excellent efficiency.
