Tension sensor with bearings that can be easily installed on existing live shafts!
The F202 series is a tension sensor for live shafts with limited installation space. This slimly designed sensor enables tension measurement in machines where installation has previously been difficult. It allows for easy tension measurement with existing equipment. The high-precision F202 can accurately measure the tension of products even with heavy rollers that have a small wrap angle. It is an extremely durable and reliable product. Additionally, installation is simple, as it can be mounted to the side frame using two shoulder bolts. The red dot mark on the machine indicates the measurement direction. There are variations available for low measurement ranges from 50N to 500N. Structurally, it can withstand loads up to ten times the nominal value without damage, and there is no need for recalibration. For more details, please download the catalog.

Shinsei Shoji was established in 1974 as the overseas sales division of wire butt welding machines for Hakusan Seisakusho Co., Ltd. In 1985, it entered into a dealership agreement with Clinton Company (spark testers) in the United States and began importing equipment for wire manufacturing. Utilizing the specialized knowledge and experience accumulated as a manufacturer’s sales division for butt welding machines, it subsequently increased the number of manufacturers it represents and now handles machinery for wire, cable, and electric wire manufacturing, measuring instruments, tools, and color masterbatches for fluoropolymer PEEK, among others. Currently, as a specialized trading company for equipment used in wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing, it conducts business with approximately 200 wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. In recent years, it has started handling load cells and web guides from Swiss company FMS, receiving positive feedback from customers in the film, sheet, and printing sectors. Additionally, it has expanded its dealings with medical device manufacturers, focusing on measuring instruments for catheter tubes.
