basic information
FMS (Force Measurement System) is a tension control equipment manufacturer located in Zurich, Switzerland. The RMGZ series is a tension sensor that can be used in applications such as wires, cables, and tubes. It can be used as a tension sensor when connected to a dedicated tension measurement amplifier. The features of the FMS tension sensor are its durability (approximately 10 times the measurement range) and accuracy. This characteristic is achieved through the design of the internal mechanism, which combines four thin plate load cells to form a high-precision Wheatstone bridge circuit. By installing this mechanism at the support part of the rotating axis, it creates a bearing mechanism that allows for ease of use similar to that of an encoder, resulting in a sensor that provides: 1) High measurement accuracy (accuracy class 0.5%) 2) High durability Additionally, there are pressure sensors and load cell series available for flat surfaces.

Company information
Shinsei Shoji was established in 1974 as the overseas sales division of wire butt welding machines for Hakusan Seisakusho Co., Ltd. In 1985, it entered into a dealership agreement with Clinton Company (spark testers) in the United States and began importing equipment for wire manufacturing. Utilizing the specialized knowledge and experience accumulated as a manufacturer’s sales division for butt welding machines, it subsequently increased the number of manufacturers it represents and now handles machinery for wire, cable, and electric wire manufacturing, measuring instruments, tools, and color masterbatches for fluoropolymer PEEK, among others. Currently, as a specialized trading company for equipment used in wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing, it conducts business with approximately 200 wire, electric wire, and tube manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally. In recent years, it has started handling load cells and web guides from Swiss company FMS, receiving positive feedback from customers in the film, sheet, and printing sectors. Additionally, it has expanded its dealings with medical device manufacturers, focusing on measuring instruments for catheter tubes.
