5V RS-485 transceiver 'THVD1500' with ±8kV IEC ESD protection and a maximum speed of 300kbps.
The "THVD1500" is a robust half-duplex RS-485 transceiver designed for industrial applications. The bus pins are resistant to high-level IEC contact discharge ESD events, eliminating the need for additional protection components at the system level. It operates on a single 5V power supply, has a wide common mode voltage range, and exhibits low input leakage at the bus pins, making it ideal for multipoint applications using long cables. Supplied in an industry-standard 8-pin SOIC package, it offers drop-in compatibility. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. 【Features】 ■ Complies with TIA/EIA-485A standard and SGCC (State Grid Corporation of China) Part 11 serial communication protocol RS-485 standard ■ Power supply voltage: 4.5V to 5.5V ■ Half-duplex RS-422/RS-485 *For more details, please contact us.
