Digital sensor output driver with surge protection function 'TIOS101'
The TIOS101 device can be configured as a high-side, low-side, or push-pull driver and has built-in reverse polarity protection. It features IEC 61000-4-5 surge resistance of 1.2kV (500Ω) and allows for easy connection to controller circuits through a simple interface that can be programmed via pins. Output current limitation can be set using an external resistor.
