The "NP-R type" is a flow relay (flow switch) that satisfies the conflicting requirements of detecting microflow in a differential pressure system for water shutoff and suppressing pressure loss during high flow. Flow detection is performed solely by the deflection of a leaf spring, with no friction sliding parts such as bearings, ensuring reliable operation unaffected by water scale or debris.
