A highly durable and highly reliable flow relay with no friction or sliding parts, featuring sharp sensitivity!
The "NP-RT type" is a flow relay (flow switch) that satisfies the conflicting requirements of detecting micro flow in a differential pressure water cutoff for clean water and suppressing pressure loss during high flow rates. Flow detection is performed solely by the deflection of a leaf spring, with no friction sliding parts such as bearings, ensuring reliable operation unaffected by water scale or debris. Additionally, it can be used in both horizontal and vertical pipelines. 【Features】 ■ Effective for detecting micro flow just before the liquid flow stops ■ Reliable operation unaffected by water scale or debris ■ Sensitive operation with moderate hysteresis characteristics to prevent chattering ■ Easy to see the scale and operating flow rate for accurate settings ■ Good electrical insulation ■ Uses oil-resistant and wear-resistant O-rings *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At Aromanikki, we design, manufacture, sell, and maintain fluid control devices and dam control devices, including flow relays, as well as sell and maintain environmental equipment. Our flagship product, the flow relay, utilizes a unique flow detection method made possible by our proprietary plate spring, which excels in strength, elasticity, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. This design eliminates gaps in the flow detection area where water scale or debris could enter (friction sliding parts), ensuring that components do not seize even after long-term use, allowing for accurate flow detection. Flow relays manufactured by the former Nikko Kogyo Co., Ltd. can be replaced. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests.
