We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "lead relays" at a major electrical testing equipment manufacturer. The company required a compact relay with extremely high voltage resistance for evaluating the insulation characteristics of electrical components. It was necessary to implement a one-minute dielectric withstand voltage of AC 5 kV (peak 7 kV) in a 30 mm long package while maintaining performance and operability.
