Contact-type 2D contour shape and roughness combined measurement machine - Contromatix
Germany T&S Corporation Contromatic
By using a direct drive probe, it is possible to measure 2D contours with high precision. Since a high-precision sensor is used, roughness measurement can also be performed simultaneously.
A contour shape and roughness measuring machine with a measurement range of 280mm x 300mm, using a probe that does not perform arc motion. Due to its high precision, it is also capable of calibrating screw plug gauges/ring gauges and tapered screw plugs/ring gauges. It can cover diameter measurement, roughness measurement, and the 2D shape of contours and roughness.

We are seriously considering and materializing the creation of a "circular society." That is our mission. Nature constantly changes its form and circulates while transforming. I find the mechanism of that circulation, which transcends human wisdom, to be very beautiful. The universe, the Earth, the human body, and our society are all part of nature. We aim to realize a better circular society by taking nature as our model.
