Please utilize the unique characteristics that only natural diamonds possess in your product development!
NAT natural micron diamond powder is a product that classifies industrial natural diamonds into precise micron sizes. The characteristic of natural diamonds is their distinct cleavage planes. Through a unique grinding and cleaning process, it produces sharp-edged and free-cutting particles. **Features** ■ Precision Size Range The tight classification accuracy lineup minimizes the content of both fine and coarse particles while maximizing the total amount of particles in the required size. By clearly defining the upper size limit of coarse particles, it achieves high reproducibility and excellent surface quality. ■ Low Tolerance Error Due to the low error (variability) in particle size distribution, stable performance between lots is obtained. ■ Purity The unique cleaning process ensures a high level of product purity. NAT natural diamond products do not contain metal catalysts, and their low electrical conductivity makes them suitable for the production of electroplated diamond tools. *Available as diamond powder or as ready-to-use diamond slurry.*

Microdiamant, which has contributed to customers through precision classification, has acquired the American CMP-related company Eminess Technology and has become Pureon. In addition to our high-quality diamond-related products, we will also accumulate in-house know-how regarding final finishing CMP. What is important for our customers is the final finish. Even now, we receive inquiries about our diamond polishing because customers want to shorten the CMP process time. In the future, we will comprehensively handle consultations from grinding and polishing to CMP.
