Nut collector that detects defects in nut welding! Available in two types.
The "Nut Collector" is a system that detects defective products (NG) in nut welding. Defective products are detected before welding (electrification) occurs, so they are not welded. You can choose between two types: the "Collect Switch Specification," which detects defective nuts and bolts by attaching a collect chip with a sensor to the upper electrode, and the "Nut One-Touch Specification," which allows for one-touch setting of the stroke of the cylinder of the spot welding machine to detect various types of defective spot welds. 【Features (Nut One-Touch Specification)】 ■ Multi-type detection ■ The types of parts that can be detected include not only nuts but also sheet metal parts, patches, pipes, and more ■ Height can be easily set with one touch for detection ■ Detects defective products with different heights from the set height before welding ■ A dedicated one-touch chip is used for nut welding *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
