Load capacity range: 0 to 8,000N Speed: 0 to 8m/s Hepco's extreme temperature and vacuum range addresses the challenges faced by design engineers by providing standardized solutions for the most demanding environments. • Suitable for high vacuum use in industrial and scientific fields such as semiconductors, wafer processing, LCD & organic EL panel manufacturing, and deposition equipment. • Usable at temperatures ranging from -50°C to +210°C. • Special grease is used to ensure optimal performance during use in harsh environments. • Bearing sizes available from 18 to 54mm in diameter. • All components are made of stainless steel. • Can be used with Hepco SL2 & PRT2 Range stainless steel linear and curved slides.
