THOMSON has released the Movotrak 7-axis (travel axis) plugin model for FANUC CRX! - MovoTrak-CTU enables easy setup and operation as a plugin 7th axis (travel axis) for the CRX. - It is equipped with innovative collision detection features and a Freedrive programming mode, along with various functions to enhance productivity. - The horizontal operating range can be manufactured up to a maximum of 10 meters. - The customer-adjustable collision detection functions similarly to the robot's joints. - Two types of collision detection functions: 1. Paddle stop 2. Collision detection for safe stops. - The 7-axis FreeDrive mode allows for linear teaching, similar to collaborative robots. - In consideration of ISO/TS 15066, a back-off action is implemented during collision detection (approximately 10mm). - Compatible with all models from CRX-5iA to CRX-30iA. - Maximum linear speed: 1m/s. - Stop accuracy: ±25μm.
