The "QM04A" is a four-wire full-duplex/two-wire half-duplex communication modem unit that complies with ITU-T Recommendation V.26 and uses π/4 shift QPSK (Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) method. The modulation and demodulation core is implemented using FPGA without dedicated LSI, reducing the risk of discontinuation.
