Customized according to the heating area. Examples of introducing ceramic fiber heaters that can accommodate special shapes and special processing, with shape selection based on capacity and application.
We would like to introduce a case study of ceramic fiber heater implementation by Teitokusha Co., Ltd. 【Case Study】 ■ The lifespan has increased. "I want to extend the lifespan of the heater." ⇒ We proposed and implemented a heater using a band-type heating element (TELF-PISR type). The lifespan doubled, and the power also increased twofold. ■ There are no more disconnections. "I need a heater that is less prone to disconnections and easy to maintain." ⇒ After multiple discussions with the customer, we proposed and implemented a heater using a non-standard heating element (TELF-PISR-HD type) that can be replaced without removing the equipment during replacement. The heater has a long lifespan and is still in operation without any disconnections. ■ We manufactured it as a product compliant with RCF regulations. "Since it is a large furnace body, I want to make it as compact as possible." ⇒ By using high-performance insulation material made of alumina fiber board, we were able to reduce the thickness of the insulation material on the furnace wall. Additionally, we handled the terminal connections, so the customer only needed to install the equipment without any hassle. *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology. Our motto is to thoroughly address our customers' concerns and challenges and to stay with them until solutions are found. Based on the technology and know-how cultivated over more than 125 years of history and achievements, we are ready to assist with any inquiries related to heat.
