【Flow of OEM Contract Manufacturing】 ■Meeting We will first hear your requirements regarding specifications, design, quantity, delivery date, budget, etc., such as "What kind of product do you want to create using steel?" ■Design and Drafting After the meeting, we will create designs and drawings (blueprints) after confirming the rough sketch. At this stage, we will prepare and submit a quote based on the work processes and material (component) costs. ■Sample Production After drafting, we will produce samples (prototypes and trial fixtures) at our company. ■Mass Production Once we confirm that there are no issues with the samples, we will organize the processes for mass production within our company. ■Inspection and Packaging After completing mass production of the products, we will conduct inspection and packaging.
