Recommended for those who want to harden the surface! We solve metal issues with surface treatment.
In mechanical parts, there is a risk that metal-to-metal contact, such as with metal gears and bearings, can lead to reduced precision or even destruction due to wear and tear. Current countermeasures include using high-hardness materials; however, these solutions face challenges such as difficulty in processing and high costs. This collection of case studies includes examples of problem-solving, such as the adoption of the "Protonics System," which is also suitable for increasing hardness. [Published Examples] <before> ■ In gardening saw blades, where chrome plating has been the standard specification, the adhesion of tree resin has been a problem. <after> ■ The adhesion of tree resin has been reduced, and cutting performance has dramatically improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Efforts Toward Environmental Measures] In recent years, global environmental regulations have been imposed on various industrial products and manufacturing processes. Regulations such as the "PRTR Law," "RoHS Directive," "PFOS," and "REACH" have increasingly constrained traditional manufacturing due to the restrictions on the use and discharge of environmentally harmful substances. The Protronics Group has not only complied with these regulations but has also proactively addressed these issues and advanced development from an early stage. We have conducted early investigations into the restrictions on the use of relevant substances in recent environmental regulations and have been engaged in research on alternatives or the elimination of such substances. As part of our environmental efforts, we have newly introduced "wastewater treatment facilities" (operational since October 2007) to not only meet discharge regulations from factories but also to aim for the discharge of as clean "water" as possible.
