Precision Position Measurement and Displacement Measurement Equipment 【Hybrid Absolute Encoder GS】 A measurement device that combines a mechanical mechanism that measures values by interlocking gears, similar to an analog clock, with a digital signal output mechanism developed using a unique magnetic drum. This mechanism simplifies control design, complex wiring, and labor-intensive maintenance and inspection tasks. By being able to connect to various devices, it reduces the need for intermediary equipment, lowers costs of peripheral devices, mitigates the occurrence of malfunctions, enables early detection, reduces downtime, and improves production efficiency, all achievable with this encoder. Since absolute value measurement can be performed with an analog mechanical mechanism, there is no need for computational analysis, and returning to the origin is unnecessary. Absolute value data can be transmitted directly from the encoder via parallel and serial communication (BCD, RS-232C). From March 2019, RS-422 and RS-485 options are available. Communication can be differentiated according to simultaneous or application-specific needs. By allowing direct connections to various devices, previously challenging issues can be resolved.
