The "DM/DMS series" is a parts feeder manufactured by SINFONIA TECHNOLOGY that can supply materials smoothly and quietly at high speeds. By setting the vertical amplitude to the minimum necessary, the bouncing of the workpieces has been significantly reduced. This allows for smooth transport of thin workpieces without overlapping. The impact between the workpieces and the track is minimal, and the transport is designed to glide along the track surface, making it very quiet. The workpiece transport using elliptical vibration applies friction control, allowing the workpiece to be transported as if it is sliding on the track surface. < Adoption of Dual Motion Mechanism > The dual motion parts feeder generates dual motion by feedback of vibrations in both horizontal and vertical directions.
