The "Mini Parts Feeder for Micro Electronic Components" supports both electromagnetic and piezoelectric systems, achieving high-speed supply of micro electronic components. It adopts a unique ultra-low reaction force drive unit, significantly reducing the reaction force on the frame. This allows the use of lightweight materials such as aluminum and resin, which were difficult to use with conventional designs, enabling further weight reduction.
