We accept a wide range of tests for films, non-woven fabrics, metal foils, and more. 【Introduction of Testing Equipment】 'Hybrid Splice Device' The time to stop the production line is reduced to as short as 1 second, significantly shortening the downtime compared to conventional methods. It can handle both butt and overlap splicing. 'Hybrid Film Cleaning Machine' This machine allows for smooth cleaning of delicate materials (workpieces) such as optical films without causing scratches. It sprays water from a device installed in a tank, and the vibration effect from the water flow cleans the workpiece. There is an annealing furnace located at the back of the cleaning machine line, allowing for tests that only require annealing treatment. 'Ink Stripping and Cleaning Machine' This machine strips and cleans ink printed on films.
