We have developed a device for peeling and cleaning ink and coated layers printed on film. By peeling and cleaning inks, etc., from the film (plastic), we contribute to the reuse of the film. *We have a peeling and cleaning testing machine installed in our company, so peeling tests can be conducted at any time. 【Flow of Plastic Reuse】 (1) Peeling and cleaning printed film rolled up in a roll using this device. (2) Pelletizing the cleaned film for reuse (recycling) or reusing it as is (reuse). 【Flow of Coating Layer Reuse】 (1) Peeling and cleaning printed film rolled up in a roll using this device. (2) Collecting the cleaning liquid mixed with the peeled layer and recovering the coating layer through filter filtration. 【Cleaning Process】 Unrolling ⇒ Immersion (cleaning aid) ⇒ Peeling ⇒ Cleaning (water) ⇒ Drying ⇒ Rolling 【Features】 ■ Peeling can be done with minimal scratches due to the peeling roll (patented). ⇒ The film can be reused without repelting after peeling, and it can also accommodate delicate substrates that are prone to breaking. ■ A circulation system is established in the tank, contributing to the reduction of running (disposal) costs for cleaning aids. ■ Compatible with single-sided printing, double-sided printing, and both types of printed films.

We have test equipment capable of splicing, coating drying, and cleaning. We accept a wide range of tests for films, non-woven fabrics, metal foils, and more. 【Introduction of Testing Equipment】 'Hybrid Splice Device' The time to stop the production line is reduced to as short as 1 second, significantly shortening the downtime compared to conventional methods. It can handle both butt and overlap splicing. 'Hybrid Film Cleaning Machine' This machine allows for smooth cleaning of delicate materials (workpieces) such as optical films without causing scratches. It sprays water from a device installed in a tank, and the vibration effect from the water flow cleans the workpiece. There is an annealing furnace located at the back of the cleaning machine line, allowing for tests that only require annealing treatment. 'Ink Stripping and Cleaning Machine' This machine strips and cleans ink printed on films.
