We investigate the shape and dimensions of the relevant parts, as well as the surrounding parts, and in some cases, we may use 3D scanning to restore the design data. The required quality of molded products varies, and the design methods also differ among mold manufacturers. We conduct a thorough investigation. ◆ The mold has become inoperable due to seizing or corrosion. First, we examine the structure of the mold and carefully disassemble it.
