Daiichi Giken Co., Ltd. conducts metal polishing and surface processing, including barrel polishing (vibration, vortex, centrifugal, and rotary), double-sided flat grinding, brush polishing, and shot blasting. In order to respond to technological innovations in the automotive industry and the advanced needs of our customers, we introduced double-sided flat grinding machines in 2021. We carry out machining (grinding and polishing), cleaning, drying, inspection, and packaging operations. We are building rust prevention measures within the process and striving to establish new technologies for barrel polishing, aiming for "good quality at a reasonable price" in precision parts processing.
