The Higashimoto Kikai "Vacuum Blend Mixer" has the fundamental performance of "extracting umami and mixing uniformly in a short time without compromising the texture of the ingredients." It adopts a newly developed sanitary shaft seal, allowing the sealing parts of the rotating shafts at both ends of the mixing blades to be easily disassembled. It can be disassembled and cleaned daily. The difference from the vacuum mixer is that it discharges the ingredients in the tank by pushing them out to the side meat outlet, enabling a larger capacity. It also has advantages in line design. The operation panel combines an intuitive touch panel with levers and push buttons.
