The technology of salt is centered around the fluid shear device SIO, which was developed from processing know-how cultivated by veteran technical staff with over 20 years of industry experience. In August 2016, SIO received support from the Tokyo Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center's New Market Development Support Project and was certified under Hachioji City's New Product Development Certification System for small and medium enterprises. To continuously upgrade this core technology, we are building a collaborative system with many partner companies. For example, various machine tool manufacturers have installed cutting-edge machines in the salt secret base to conduct research and development aimed at significantly improving performance in cooperation with salt. Additionally, partner companies with unique technologies around machine tools are continuing joint development experiments aimed at integrating with the core technology of salt. Furthermore, from a unique perspective, we have completed an automatic control system that software-izes craftsmanship and allows for meticulous work focused on processing results. This development has also benefited from the cooperation of partner companies. This technology has received high praise, including grants from the 2015 Manufacturing Support Project. At the secret base, we are fully equipped with these unique technologies that are useful in processing sites, and we look forward to your infiltration.
