αSTEP is a stepping motor-based motor that performs unique control by hybridizing the advantages of open-loop control and closed-loop control. Typically, it controls the motor in an open-loop manner while monitoring its operation, and if a discrepancy occurs between the command and the motor position due to overload or other factors, it immediately switches to closed-loop control. This allows for correction of position and speed.
