Taniguchi Heaters obtained a patent for the quartz immersion heater as the first liquid heating heater in 1947. Since then, it has undergone numerous improvements, obtaining patents for both non-drip and drip-proof designs, as well as a capless waterproof system. The cap-side type, which does not interfere with the carrier (transport device), has also been made waterproof, and the company has received international safety standard CE (safety) mark certification and IPX8 (JIS waterproof protection grade 8). It comes with a one-year waterproof guarantee.

Materials: Quartz / Stainless Steel / Titanium / Teflon (FEP) ■ Quartz For weak acids. Used in semi-gloss nickel baths, glossy nickel baths, chemical nickel baths, cupric pyrophosphate baths, cupric sulfate baths, etc. (Chrome baths are not applicable) ■ Stainless Steel For weak alkalis to water. Used in degreasing baths, copper plating baths, copper strike baths, electrolytic baths, silver plating baths, caustic soda 10% diluted solution, etc. (Caustic soda requires special design or UU/Freon compatibility) ■ Titanium For some weak acids and seawater. May be used in semi-gloss nickel baths, ferrous chloride, and degreasing baths, but please consult a chemical expert regarding corrosion resistance. Reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, oxalic acid, etc.) and fluoride-containing liquids (such as chrome solutions with additives) are not applicable. ■ Teflon (FEP) For some acids to weak acids and water. * Please consult regarding applicable acids.
