A submersible liquid heating heater that does not require a specific liquid tank. Waterproof performance rated IPX8 (JIS waterproof protection grade 8). CE (safety) mark certification obtained. Materials: Fluororesin / Quartz / Stainless Steel / Titanium ■ Quartz Suitable for weak acids. Used in semi-gloss nickel baths, glossy nickel baths, chemical nickel baths, copper pyrophosphate baths, copper sulfate baths, etc. (Chrome baths are not applicable) ■ Stainless Steel Suitable for weak alkalis to water. Used in degreasing baths, copper plating baths, copper strike baths, electrolytic baths, silver plating baths, 10% diluted caustic soda solution, etc. (Caustic soda requires special design or UU/Freon compatibility) ■ Titanium Suitable for some weak acids and seawater. May be used in semi-gloss nickel baths, ferrous chloride, and degreasing baths, but for corrosion resistance, please consult a chemical expert. Reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, oxalic acid, etc.) and fluoride-containing liquids (such as chrome solutions with additives) are not applicable. ■ UU/Freon Suitable for strong acids, alkalis, and pure water. Widely used in gold plating baths, silver plating baths, solder baths, chrome baths, chemical baths, fluoride baths, phosphoric baths, etching baths, rhodium baths, electroless plating, and in semiconductor production and surface treatment lines involving nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, pure water, and ultra-pure water. (Please consult for the use of strong acids with gas permeability, high-density chemicals, and at high liquid temperatures.)
