The "Demo Now Available" partial soldering device, also known as point dip or selective flow, solves the problems of flow soldering!
The Pillarhouse partial soldering equipment allows for replacement of flow soldering baths and enables soldering in areas that were not possible with conventional methods. 1. No Pallet Eliminates the need for pallets, reducing costs and setup time. 2. High-Quality Soldering Allows control over the position and time of the jet flow for each component, with a lineup of over 30 types of solder jet nozzles ranging from 1.5mm to 25mm to accommodate various circuit boards. 3. Excellent Operability All models are equipped with teaching cameras, allowing program creation while viewing actual circuit boards, eliminating the need to import drawings. 4. Reduction of Dross The solder bath is small, and the soldering area is in a nitrogen atmosphere, significantly reducing solder dross.
