At Nippon Chemical Equipment, we offer rubber cutting processing without the need for molds. We have introduced a "5-axis control CNC router" capable of simultaneous control of two axes in addition to the XYZ axes, allowing us to operate without molds. We can accurately reproduce complex three-dimensional shapes with twists, starting with the cutting of difficult curves (r), and have significantly overcome the issues of misalignment and distortion that are weaknesses in cutting processing. Unlike traditional mold processing, we can accommodate small lots starting from a single piece.
