We have introduced a "5-axis control CNC router machine" that can simultaneously control not only the XYZ axes but also two additional axes for rotation and tilting, allowing us to operate without molds. We can accurately reproduce complex three-dimensional shapes, including difficult cuts of arcs (r), and have significantly overcome the issues of misalignment and distortion that are common in cutting processes. Unlike traditional mold processing, we can accommodate small lots starting from a single piece.
