At Nippon Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., we utilize excellent technology and processing machines to manufacture and sell precision rubber processing parts with industry-leading know-how for various sectors such as railway vehicles, the automotive industry, machine tools, construction, and civil engineering. Our cutting processing, which does not require molds, is often not feasible for small quantities due to the high costs associated with mold production. However, we respond to the production of products that could not previously be processed by cutting, accommodating small lots starting from just one piece, thanks to our unique know-how and equipment. Starting with our "5-axis CNC controlled router processing machine," we will combine various processing machines, processing methods, and our proprietary know-how to engage in product development.
