【Experimental Method Details】 ■ Fill 1.5 g of solid acid Nafion SAC-13 into a glass reaction tube and set it up in a microwave irradiation device. ■ Dissolve benzoic acid in MeOH to a concentration of 0.5 M. ■ Pump the solution into the microwave irradiation device (100W) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a pressure of 2.0 MPa, and irradiate with microwaves (30 W). ■ After confirming that the reaction temperature is stable, collect the reaction solution for 5 minutes. ■ Concentrate the collected reaction solution, purify the residue using silica gel column chromatography, and obtain 225 mg of product (66%). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
