The A431 is a type of strapping machine that performs both tensioning and sealing manually. Its lightweight of 3.4 kg is appealing. It does not require power or compressed air, allowing for strapping of steel bands with just this device. While an overlap seal is necessary, it requires very little space or flat surface between the product and the band during sealing, enabling secure strapping of cylindrical parts and small components. It accommodates steel bands with a width of 10.0 to 19 mm and a thickness of 0.4 to 0.6 mm, and it supports single notch type overlap seals.
