Inorganic coating surface treatment with a transparent heat-resistant film of 1μm is applied to the surfaces of various plated products to prevent discoloration at high temperatures, maintaining the quality of the plating even in environments above 800°C. We have started a coating treatment that preserves aesthetics in high-temperature environments that were previously impossible to use. This is a maintenance-free welding fixture that prevents contamination scale generation in copper welding fixtures.
