[Technical Report] Research on Performance Improvement of Laser Joints in Aluminum Alloys
Publication of research and experimental results on the performance improvement of laser joints in aluminum alloys!
This document is a technical report from the Latest Laser Technology Research Center, aimed at developing innovative manufacturing technologies such as laser processing, regarding the "Research on Performance Improvement of Laser Joints for Aluminum Alloys." In this study, laser welding of T5-treated A6N01 aluminum alloy was conducted using an Nd:YAG laser. Due to its wavelength characteristics, the YAG laser has less reflection on metal surfaces and demonstrates effectiveness in processing high-reflective materials such as copper and aluminum, which are relatively difficult to process with CO2 lasers.
