The "SOD Activity Measurement Kit" is a kit for measuring the scavenging activity of superoxide. The measurement principle is based on the automatic oxidation suppression reaction of hematoxylin. In the presence of oxygen, hematoxylin (HTH) undergoes automatic oxidation, resulting in an absorption at 560 nm.
