The "Urinary Isoprostane Measurement Kit" is an ELISA kit designed to measure 15-isoprostane F2t (15-isoprostane F2t: 8-epi-PGF2α/8-isoPGF2α) in urine samples. By measuring urinary isoprostanes, it is possible to non-invasively assess oxidative stress (lipid oxidation) in the body.
