Simple measurement of dihydroxyphenylalanine in the sample! ELISA kit!
The "Dityrosine (DT) Measurement Kit" is an ELISA kit that allows for the simple measurement of dityrosine in samples. Dityrosine is a dimer of tyrosine formed by the oxidation of tyrosine in proteins or free tyrosine. It is formed with tyrosyl radicals as intermediates through ultraviolet light, radiation, hydrogen peroxide, and peroxidase. In addition to being detected in atherosclerotic lesions, it has also been found in connective tissues such as collagen and elastin. Dityrosine can also be detected in urine and is expected to be a new protein oxidation marker that can be measured non-invasively. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
