Introducing methods such as the "phased array method," which makes it easy to identify the three-dimensional positions of detected defects!
Our company provides various measurement services for different structures, utilizing a range of methods from general non-destructive testing to inspections and diagnostics using specialized techniques. We are always striving to propose suitable inspection methods, including the consideration of inspection methods tailored to the target objects and the development of new inspection techniques. In our "Plant Equipment and Structural Investigation and Diagnosis Services," we offer services such as the "Phased Array Method," which makes it easy to identify the three-dimensional positions of detected flaws (in-plane and thickness directions), as well as the "AUT System." 【Service Menu】 ■ Phased Array Method ■ AUT System ■ 3D Laser Scanning System / Coke Drum Maintenance Inspection ■ Remaining Life Diagnosis Technology for Coke Drums ■ 3D Laser Scanning System / Coke Oven Body Measurement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
<Phased Array Method> ■ An improved pulse-echo method that allows ultrasonic beams to be focused at arbitrary depths and angles of the test specimen. It employs ultrasonic testing (phased array method) and is applied to various equipment. ■ Evaluation can be performed using three-dimensional composite images, making it easy to identify the three-dimensional positions of detected flaws (in the plane and thickness directions). <AUT System> ■ A comprehensive inspection that combines the phased array method and TOFD method for flaw detection and flaw size analysis. ■ Capable of conducting inspections of large containers, including hot blast stoves, while in operation. <Coke Drum Remaining Life Diagnosis Technology> ■ Utilizing high-temperature strain measurements during operation, FEM thermal stress analysis based on measured temperatures, and tissue observation using the replica method, remaining life assessment is conducted based on high-temperature low-cycle fatigue and material degradation evaluation (creep damage). <3D Laser Scanning System/Coke Oven Body Measurement> ■ In the measurement of coke ovens, surveying is conducted in addition to 3D measurements. ■ It becomes possible to manage the shape data of the coke oven in absolute coordinates, allowing for tracking changes in the position and shape of the equipment over time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
